Merseyside police constable faces sex on duty charges
A Merseyside police officer has been charged over allegations of having sex while on duty.
Pc John Forrester, 40, is accused of engaging in sexual activity with women he came into contact with while on duty between 2008 and 2010.
Merseyside Police charged him with two offences of misconduct in public office and eight offences under the Data Protection Act.
He is due to appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on 11 March.
The charges followed his suspension from the Merseyside force in July 2010 while the Independent Police Complaints Commission carried out an investigation.
