proposal: founding the general council
the real democracy for the whole socialist movement.
this is a proposal to institute the GENERAL COUNCIL, the common assembly for the 3 democratic parties in current ecze political arena.
as i feel, and hope u do the same, the socialism is in clear opposition to individualism, (distinguish 'individualism' from 'liberties of the individual') it'll be good to have supreme collective body for the whole left political spectrum. all members of ccp, csp, cwu will be part of it. thats grand total of 81 delegates at the moment. this will encourage other inactive members to participate more often too. joseph kalinin have intorduced very simillar project, unfortunately he abandoned it. the basic idea is the same tho.
the function of the assembly itself would be provided with the forum section called general council, consisted of four parts: 1.proposals, 2. voting, 3. passed and rejected. the scheme of the internationale voting process is suitable to use. check paragraph viii. voting on proposals:
http://theinternationale.forum.st/constitution-and-adopted-proposals-f12/the-official-constitution-of-the-internationale-t98.htm
thats the old internationale forum, i havent found it on the new phorum.
this council, as a main decision makin tool, will bring all other further organisation schemes such as constitution, committees, special delagates or action teams, politburo, comisars, whatever people feel fit and choose to decide on. PEOPLES DEMOCRACY ftw!
in these not so grand times im steppin forward with this proposal for the sake of united socialist movement in bohemia and moravia, so we are able to contribute effectively our part to the international effort of socialists worldwide. if we dont make this very necessary totally completely essential step, we can only keep pretending that we r progressin somewhere.
i await ur opinions and improvements to this proposal, so we can move it to the voting stage.

Of course, we must have equality...They could be elected by the Party members...

Re: proposal: founding the general council
yep, equality is the very basic feature of direct democracy, so each members vote would have equal weight
representative democracy is different from the direct one. the idea is there will be no elections to the council, all members of socialist (anti-capitalist) parties will be part of that assembly by default. a delegate for themselves.
see http://www.abolish-power.org/pwp_english.html#mozTocId530359 for an interestin insight
