do you mean real life?
First, what problems do you have? I know it´s hard to get on training of your not doing anything and gym are worthless, and one important thing is that it´s not regular as other trainings are. Myself I go to Taekwando and train hard there. I get tips from the teacher on what I can do on the spare time but I think one important goal about it is that when you´re training you can go matches, so you´re training for something and not just for the sake of training.
